Shop Blessed Performance for the BD-Power Roadmaster 5R110 Transmission & Converter Package for your 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke diesel. A factory transmission can not handle the increased torque levels created by aftermarket parts and will eventually fail. To accommodate the increased torque, the BD-Power Transmission & Converter Package includes a heavy-duty clutch with up to 25% more material than stock and a new design valve body that maintains up to 80% higher clutch apply pressures over the stock unit.
TRANSMISSION DETAILS:
- Upgraded hardened steel Pressure Regulator Valve prevents run-away reverse pressure, case lug blow out, and gear slipping
- Upgraded larger late model sump filter installed for better filtration
- Machined front pump to prevent cross leaks
- Upgraded converter clutch regulator spring increases Torque Converter Clutch apply pressure
- Aluminum pressure plugs in Valve Body replace stock plastic pressure plugs preventing blow out
- BD aluminum Deep Sump Oil Pan allows for an additional 6qt of fluid capacity and better cooling
- Heavy duty low/reverse snap ring

Warranty Note:
A new BD-Power 6.4 Powertroke Torque Converter must be installed at the time of installation of a BD-Power Transmission. Use of a 3rd party or OE Torque Converter will void your vehicle transmission warranty. Must install new trans cooler with installation and have proof.
