    Why do we need more than one address from you?

    Blessed Performance LLC generally only needs one address, as long as your product is shipping to the same location as your billing information. If not then we need your billing address in order to help protect against fraudulent transactions. To help us  eliminate credit card fraud, we ask that your billing information match the credit card you purchase from us with.     Media Submitted Via Social Media, Tag, Emails, Reviews, ETC 

    By sending in Customer media to Blessed Performance LLC the customer agrees to grant the authorization and permission of Blessed Performance LLC and its employees to use said media and content for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, websites or in any manner or in any way without the need to contact the customer for permission. Customer submitted media includes but is not limited to photographs, images, video, illustrations, diagrams and audio. By submitting, the customer  understands and agrees to waive his/her right to any compensation for any submitted media as a result of use by Blessed Performance LLC. The customer hereby releases Blessed Performance LLC and its legal representatives from all claims, liability and damages relating to customer submitted media. By submitting customer media, the customer warrants and agrees that the customer is eighteen (18) years old or more and or has approval from a parent or guardian.
