Here at Blessed Performance LLC we do go above and beyond to ensure orders are shipped within one business day after your order is processed. In some cases if a product is back ordered or we fall behind we will call the customer, or email them to inform them of the situation and in that case we will provide a different item or let them know the lead time and wait for it. Shipping times range but free shipping includes free ground shipping which is 3-5 days.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday during our normal business hours of 8am - 5pm MT.

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date. If there is a damaged item we will refund a store credit or replace it with a similar product of the same value.

Shipping Policy

Blessed Performance ships via UPS, USPS or FedEx on all orders considered non truck freight. Blessed Performance will ship free on orders over $100 to any of the lower 48 states. Shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska or any international location will be quoted at the time of the quote and may change based on rates from providers. We recommend calling in if you are out of the country in order to get a shipping quote for your order. Blessed Performance reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund. Blessed Performance reserves the right that if in the rare case there is no ETA on a part you ordered to upgrade to a better part at not cost to you. The substitution is only for items less than $500 in value and only when the item ordered is not in stock but we can fulfill an order by upgrading the part.

Free Shipping Over $100.00

Blessed Performance Offer's Free Ground shipping with our own choice of shipping company. This is with any online purchase totaling $100.00 or greater. This free shipping offer is good only to U.S addresses within the lower 48 contiguous states, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We can not apply this offer to truck freight items, oversize items, Fuel Tanks, Transmissions, Engines, Heavy Pallet Items, Etc. Blessed Performance LLC reserves the right to select the carrier of our choice for this free shipping promotion. Blessed Performance reserves the right to call you for packages that may not be clear in size and must go freight. Core Return Policy

Core credit returns will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase. After 30 days the core credit refunds will be at the discretion of Blessed Performance LLC. There is no guarantee that you will receive any refund for core costs if you do not return your cores within 30 days.

To return your product core for credit please print your original receipt and put it in the shipping box with the item being returned. Ship this to our business office and email us your tracking number to sales@blessedperformance.com. We will then keep your email on hand for 7-10 days checking for the return to come in and automatically refund the core assuming we get the correct core. In some cases products come with return labels and or return directions directly to the manufacturer in that case we recommend printing your receipt, putting it in the box, shipping to them and sending us the tracking number so we can follow up with the manufacturer. Please in all cases keep great records of info and help us fight for your core to be returned to you. We recommend using a carrier such as UPS or FedEx that provides package tracking to ensure your product gets to us or the manufacturer. We do not reimbursed for shipping costs incurred in shipping your core back to us. The credit card used for the purchase of the product will be issued the return core funds.

Please drain all fluids such as oil, gas, hydraulic fluid, transmission flued etc, from the core. Core returns must be a like-for-like part from the same truck, make, model and not substituted with something similar. Cores are not accepted from a junkyard. Do not disassembled your core. Cores that have missing and/or damaged components will not receive full core credit. All core returns are charged the credit card processing fees from the credit card company. This is a fee taken by the credit card company.

If you choose 'NO' to the core charge option while purchasing product you are REQUIRED to send in the core first. We DO NOT process an order without either the core being paid or you sending your core in first. Canadian & International Duties & Taxes

Please call in to talk with us on these situations. We do these on a case by case situation and most of the time the customer is responsible for duties or taxes collected at the border. Shipping quotes generally only cover shipping of the product to you.

Do we collect Tax?

Taxes are automatically calculated and charged within your state according to local and state laws provided to us by Avalara Tax.

When do I need to send my info for the free 6.0 Powerstroke Tunes included with purchase of aftermarket turbos/injectors?

Here at Blessed Performance we understand it can be expensive to build your truck. When you purchase upgrades such as injectors or turbos from us we include free custom tuning with purchase. All of those products are labeled that come with custom tuning. After purchase we will send an email with the info we need for this process. This process is only valid on single SCT tunes. With HP tuning or our SOTF there will be an upcharge to upgrade to that. You have 45 days from the date of purchase to claim your free custom tunes. What do I do if I need to Return a Product?

Although we strive for perfection and customer satisfaction we understand things happen and products need to be returned. In order to return a product you must call in or send us an email. 1-800-577-2698 or sales@blessedperformance.com. We will provide return instructions at that point. NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM TUNING

  • Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton
  • Do not write on the product packaging itself. Write only on the outer shipping carton.
  • Returnable items must be received by Blessed Performance LLC within 14 days of the product being received by you the customer. (calculated by shipping company tracking info)
  • Returned product must be in new, resell-able condition. NO EXCEPTIONS ARE MADE TO THIS RULE
  • Once we receive the return item, all returns will be inspected, and then at our sole discretion, credit may be refused or a restocking fee of up to 30% may be assessed.
  • Shipping charges with the original order will not be refunded.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake is ours then we will cover return shipping.
  • ALL CANCELLED ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO 3% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE'S. This is determined by the product being labeled back ordered and the customer not wanting to wait or a customer attempting to order 1 piston when it clearly states they must order a full set on the website.
  • SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS I.E. Engines, Transmission etc are generally built to order. If you need an exact ETA please call us ahead of time for this. If we actually have one in stock we will list that on our website. Engines are built to order ranging in eta of 1 week to 12 weeks at the moment. If you order this and then cancel the order we reserve the right to withhold up to 10% of the order as that is what the manufacturer may charge us for a cancelled order.   • If you order a product that can not be shipped to California or tuning that we can not sell to California we will with-hold 10% of the purchase price. Please understand this. Call 1-800-577-2698 with any questions.
  • All PAYPAL processed and cancelled orders will be responsible and withheld of the 3% that PayPal withholds from us the vendor.
  • All AFFIRM processed and cancelled orders will be responsible and withheld the 6% that Affim withholds from us the vendor.
  • NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM TUNED ELECTRONIC DEVICES WILL BE ACCEPTED 
  • Electronic components are not able to be returned because they vin lock to the truck. 
  • Any returns after a 14 day period (after product is delivered)  is subject to STORE CREDIT ONLY!

 

SPECIAL NOTE: All Edge Products, Superchips, Diablo Sport and SCT/Bully Dog returns will not be accepted without an RMA# from the manufacturer. Once you have received the manufacturer's RMA number you still MUST contact us for return instructions and write the manufacturers RMA number on your original receipt from Blessed Performance LLC. This is only when the manufacturer authorizes a warranty claim on a device Blessed Performance will need the RMA Number in order to do the warranty process for the manufacturer.
