Improve the cooling efficiency of your 6.7 Powerstroke with the addition of our Ultimate Cooling Kit. The 6.7 Powerstroke is prone to high coolant, oil and transmission temps. Lowering these temps will dramatically improve the longevity of your engine and transmission. The kit below is designed to alleviate those worries while towing heavy across the desert or through the mountains to your favorite camping spot.
Driven Diesel Transmission Cooler - Generally lowers the temps of your transmission from the troublesome 230 degree range to 180 degrees. This helps extend the life of the 6R140 with cooler clutches internally for firmer shifts with less slipping.
RevMax Valve Body - Several upgrade throughout the valve body to increase line pressure and holding power. The Valve body of the 6R140 is the biggest flaw in this amazing transmission. With the RevMax valve body all the worried spots are improved and the thermostatic bypass valve is removed.
Mishimoto Low Temp Thermostat - Lower the temp of the thermostat to 185 degrees to help keep your engine cooler while pulling those long grades.
Bulletproof Diesel Oil Cooler - 33% larger than the OEM cooler gives your more surface area to more efficiently cool the oil in your engine. Cooling the oil more efficiently will help the engine live longer and your oil will work less to protect those bearings.
Mag Hytec Transmission Pan & Oil Pan - Increase capacity of the engine oil and transmission fluid help extend the life of your fluids while providing cooler temps and a better sealing gasket with the o-ring design.
