Shop Blessed Performance for the all new in house designed and manufactured Quad Electric Fan Conversion kit for your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0 Powerstroke. Here at Blessed Performance we saw a need in the market for a proper electric fan conversion kit for your 6.0L Powerstroke so we went to work for the last year.
We spent hours in design and development to make this as plug and play as possible of a fan conversion kit. Not only did we want to manufacture an easy installation product we wanted to design a product that actually works when towing heavy and using your truck for what it was designed to do. This led us to testing at least 10 different versions of fans on the market yes even the cheap Amazon/Temu/Alibaba fan kits you can buy we have tested them and overheated constantly. We dialed in on a set of Fans from Pro Form that would allow us to actually control heat and also produce or outflow the stock CFM. The stock CFM ranges from OEM depending on the fan clutch you have in the 8-10k CFM and our fans at first turn on produce 8k and have the ability based on demand to command at 100% load an incredible 12k CFM of air flow.
We have tested this at our 4500 ft elevation and 100 degree weather towing 18k lbs and the truck owned by Clayton Freed(Freed Diesel) one of our lead fabricators here at Blessed never went over 215 degree coolant temps. This is truly a kit designed for the work truck in mind which means you can now tow with electric fans all while picking up small HP gains and relieving load on your 6.0 Powerstroke Engine to gain some performance and mileage. No our kit will never be as cheap as Amazon because guess what ours actually works simply put we worked hard and for almost a year on test and development.
The next shining star that we are excited to offer is a true PLUG & PLAY option. That means when the fans show up, you remove your fan clutch and fan, remove your OEM fan shroud and bolt our fan in. Hook up power and ground then plug into your OEM Harness for your OEM Fan clutch. From there leave it to the OEM fan control design or have your tuner reach out to us for information on how to adjust the settings in your custom tune either way your fans are now controlled by the stock OEM harness and ECM/PCM. Yes thats pretty cool and it works amazing. We have tested this on Claytons truck for quite some time with a stock 135 amp alternator on purpose to ensure these will work with a stock alternator. Ultimately we always recommend an Alternator Upgrade on any 6.0 but we tested on the stock to ensure the true plug and play design. Give us a call with any questions you may have.
