The Dayco 89313 Automatic Belt Tensioner - Main Drive is designed and built to outperform other aftermarket belt tensioners on the market. This Belt Tensioner is constructed with a flat wire spring that allows the internal tension to be concentric to deliver constant tension. Each tensioner is built with the patented Deflected Arm Plate to extend tensioner life by decreasing rotational movement. The spring case is made from heavy-duty cast aluminum to resist cracking and rust while delivering quieter performance and longer service life. This tensioner has a locator pin built to withstand the maximum drive demands and correctly locate the tensioner for installation.
