The DEI 010241 GEN-3 Titanium T4 Turbo Shield can help reduce under-hood temperatures while helping your T-4 turbo spool quicker. This turbo shield has a stainless-steel fabric inner cover for its excellent insulating properties as well as increasing strength and durability. The inner layer of this heat shield is constructed with stainless steel, glass fiber & silicone for maximum durability, strength and thermal properties. A silicone coated outer shell to encases the seams, making them over 4 times stronger and to eliminate fraying of the seams. All these advanced textiles combined means this turbo shield can handle radiant heat up to 2,500°F and direct heat up to 1,800°F.
