LONG BLOCK

- Custom ARP Head Studs: 9/16" head studs provide the best head-to-block seal possible. D&J ARP 9/16" Head Studs torqued to 175 ft/lbs.
- High-Performance Cylinder Head: D&J Stage 1 Performance Cylinder Heads are disassembled, crack-checked, fitted with extra-large, heavy-duty seats, machined for thread-in soft plugs, and 5-axis CNC-ported. Each head undergoes a CNC high-performance valve job and is pressure-checked before assembly and painting. Blueprinted and Balanced: All engines are blueprinted, balanced, oil clearance measured, and rings file fit.
- Pre-lubed and Painted: Engines are painted black and shipped pre-lubed with break-in oil and filter included.
