- Precision Boring and Resurfacing: Blocks are expertly bored and the deck resurfaced on our Hurco machine, typically to +.020 over stock. It is uncommon to find a standard bore 5.9 or 6.7-liter block that meets our exacting standards.
- CNC Honing: Blocks are CNC honed to Cummins spec with a torque plate.
- Billet Girdle and Main Studs: Each block gets our billet girdle with 9/16 main studs, line bored, and line honed.
- Cam Tunnel and Bushings: The cam tunnel is line honed, and cam bushings are installed throughout.
- State-of-the-Art Cleaning: Final wash and clean using our custom parts washer with high-pressure water nozzles and cleaning agents.
