Tank connection choices include our standard 5/8" Draw Straw or a Beans Diesel Micro Sump. This package is NOT our basic E-Fuel Conversion Kit. This is a HIGH VOLUME Fuel Delivery Kit that is intended for higher performance builds running larger injectors, where more fuel volume is required. High Volume kits REQUIRE the deletion of the fuel tank selector valve, because the selector valve is too restrictive to handle the flow of a high volume pump.

94-97 OBS 7.3L Fuel Bowl Delete Regulated Return Note: This Fuel Bowl Delete Regulated Return is the basis of a solid E-Fuel Conversion and Performance Fuel System for any 94-97 OBS 7.3L build. This kit fits both F-Series and E-Series vehicles with the Mechanical Lift Pump in the engine valley.
Select Your Driven Diesel High Volume Fuel Delivery Kit Note: The kits below are offered with (3) different fuel pumps, and (2) different tank connectivity options. The "Dual Bosch" configuration is ideal for customers seeking a higher volume setup to support larger injectors, but wanting to keep OEM level reliability. The "Bosch Motorsports 200" pump is a good compromise of performance and reliability, and the "Fuelab" pump is the ALL OUT performance choice for customers building trucks for high horsepower competition. The most common selection for 94-97 OBS trucks is the 5/8" Draw Straw kit. Most customers prefer not cutting large holes in the bottom of metal fuel tanks, particularly when it can contribute to delamination of the fuel tank liner.
