At 10% over stock, these are an affordable upgrade for stock trucks and people looking for a slight increase in performance without worrying about smoke or heat issues. No other vehicle modifications are required. The nozzles are enlarged using abrasive flow honing technology and are hydraulically flow matched to less than 1%. Each nozzle undergoes four separate quality control checks throughout the process before being installed back onto the injector. All components are built and tested on specialized equipment designed and built in-house at Exergy. Every Sportsman injector set is tested at multiple calibration points, and held to tolerances that are tighter than factory. Injector seal kit included (copper gaskets and o-rings).
