Shop with Blessed Performance for the HSM Extended Upper Radiator Hose for 2003 to 2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins diesel pickups. This custom radiator hose provides extra clearance for additional high pressure fuel pumps and other accessories that are mounted on the top/front of the engine. This can be used as a replacement or when fabricating custom dual pump setups.
