Shop with Blessed Performance for the Industrial Injection Fly Cut Ceramic Coated Piston Kit for your 2007.5-2018 Dodge 6.7L Cummins diesel. This piston set features .100” fly cut valve reliefs into the top of the piston for valve clearance on high lift camshafts. With PDM’s Ceramic Piston Skirt Coating on the pistons, the lubricity characteristic of the ceramic lubricant with the durability of a ceramic resin is fully realized. This coating has thickness of just .001” or less and allows these pistons to hold up to 1,600 degrees and 350,000 PSI.
PDM’s Thermal Barrier Coating is also applied to the Industrial Injection PDM-3732FCC.020 Fly Cut Ceramic Coated Piston Kit for durability. This coating enables heat to be retained in combustion chamber for a more complete burn by creating a hard surface in the top of the piston. An increase in heat during the power stroke results in improved combustion chamber efficiency for an increase in horsepower and torque. Cylinder wall scuffing due to piston swelling due is minimized by chamfered tops machined into these pistons.
