Shop with Blessed Performance for the Industrial Injection Fly Cut Ceramic Coated Piston Kit for your 2007.5-2018 Dodge 6.7L Cummins diesel. These pistons feature .100” valve reliefs that are fly cut into the top of the piston for valve clearance on high lift camshafts. PDM’s Ceramic Piston Skirt Coating is applied to the pistons for the lubricity characteristic of the ceramic lubricant with the durability of a ceramic resin. This coating has film thickness of .001” or less and enables this piston kit to handle up to 1,600 degrees and 350,000 PSI.
PDM’s Thermal Barrier Coating is also applied to the top of the pistons in the Industrial Injection PDM-3732FCC Fly Cut Ceramic Coated Piston Kit. This coating creates a hard surface for boosted engines to retain heat in combustion chamber for a more complete burn. An increase in heat during the power stroke results in greater combustion chamber efficiency for a minor increase in torque and horsepower. Cylinder wall scuffing due to piston swelling is reduced by chamfered tops on these Industrial Injection pistons.
