Shop Blessed Performance for the all new Kill Devil Diesel(KDD) O-Ringed Cylinder Heads for your 2011-2026 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke. These heads are produced from the OEM brand new castings and come standard with o-rings to ensure proper sealing of the gasket every time they are installed. With the option for CNC Intake Valve porting there is no head on the market that will outflow these heads for the 6.7L Powerstroke.
Kill Devil Diesel is proud to offer our 100% New 6.7 Powerstroke cylinder heads. We start off with brand new Genuine Ford cylinder heads. We then perform all final machine work in house - including o-ring, geometry blueprinting (ensuring the valve recession, valve tip height, valve seat profile, surface finish etc is machined in spec) then assemble by hand right here in our NC facility. We offer CNC porting, as well as Nitride Inconel valves and USA made Beehive springs.
