Morimoto quad-projector optics comply with all SAE, DOT, and FMVSS108 regulations when aimed properly which is easy to do with their integrated vertical/lateral adjusters. A separate optic dedicated to the turn signal function uses amber LED's to create a full sequential turn signal, or a more traditional on-off style signal as well depending on your preference.
