These main studs will add more rigidity to the main caps and allow your engine to hold higher horsepower. This stud kit features 8740 Chromoly construction for minimal yield and centerless ground for precision. The threads on these studs are rolled to Mil-S-8879 specifications for greater strength to outperform the most respected stud manufacturer. This kit includes studs, parallel washers, & nuts that have all been black oxide coated for durability and assembly lube that is specially formulated to give consistent load distribution for accurate torque readings.
