Shop wtih Blessed Performance for the PSC Ported Steering Box for your 1999-2004 Ford F-250/F-350 4WD. This is a replacement for the factory steering box, but has been modified and ported for use with a Cylinder Assist Steering Kit. Because the lines come capped, it will work in both the modified applications (with cylinder assist steering) and in the factory steering configurations (if lines are left capped). This makes it an excellent option for those that want to add or build their own Cylinder Assist Steering Kit in the future. 36 spline shaft.
