Blessed Performance for the Quadzilla G2 S300 Turbo Billet SXE S364 64-73-14 T3 Gated HX40.
An excellent turbo upgrade designed with a lighter billet compressor wheel for faster spool-up and a modified turbine housing for improved airflow. It is well-suited for builds in the 600–625 HP range. The 73mm turbine wheel offers responsive spool characteristics and delivers strong all-around performance for daily driving or towing. While heavy towing is possible, tire size, gearing, tuning, and selecting the correct exhaust housing will all significantly affect how the turbo performs. An adjustable wastegate is available for an additional cost and is recommended for easier installation and proper oil-drain fitment. Built with a 360° severe-duty thrust bearing, this turbo provides excellent oiling and long service life under extreme operating conditions. It fits 1991.5–2002 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins applications.
The compressor wheel features a 61.44mm inducer, 83.47mm exducer, and flows 77 lbs/min. The compressor housing includes a 4" inlet, and the outlet is machined for the factory 2.91" Dodge flange. The turbine wheel is made from heat-resistant Inconel 713C and measures 76.2mm on the inducer and 67.56mm on the exducer. The turbine housing (part number 177209-HX40) is a 1.00 A/R T4 divided twin-volute, non-gated design with a 4.0" HX40 outlet, and it does not use an actuator.
Additional features include a pre-machined boost port, integrated speed-sensor port, optimized compressor aerodynamics, and a 360° severe-duty thrust bearing. The turbo comes with oil drain bolts, an oil drain seal, turbo-to-manifold bolts or studs, a compressor O-ring seal, and an oil inlet fitting for 94–98 12v and 98–2018 Cummins applications. T4 turbos may require a matching T4 manifold or adapter. Downpipe or downpipe adapter is not included.
