Blessed Performance for the Quadzilla Power G2 S300 Turbo Billet SXE S364 64-73-12 T3 Gated HX40.
A strong all-around upgrade featuring a lighter billet compressor wheel for faster spool-up and increased airflow. It is an excellent choice for builds targeting around 600 HP and offers quick response thanks to the 73mm turbine wheel, making it suitable for daily driving or towing. While heavy towing is possible, performance will depend heavily on tire size, gearing, tuning, and selecting the proper exhaust housing for your specific setup. An adjustable wastegate is included. Built with a 360° severe-duty thrust bearing, this turbo provides improved oiling and long service life even in extreme operating conditions. It is designed to fit 1991.5–2002 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins applications.
The compressor wheel features a 61.44mm inducer, 83.47mm exducer, and flows 77 lbs/min. It includes a 4" compressor inlet and the outlet is machined for the factory 2.91" Dodge flange. The turbine wheel is manufactured from heat-resistant Inconel 713C and measures 76.2mm on the inducer and 67.56mm on the exducer. This model comes with a gated 12cm turbine housing.
Additional features include an integrated speed sensor port, pre-machined boost port, optimized compressor aerodynamics, and a 360° severe-duty thrust bearing. The turbo comes with oil drain bolts, oil drain seal, turbo-to-manifold bolts or studs, a compressor housing O-ring, and an oil inlet fitting for 94–98 12v and 98–2018 Cummins applications. T4 turbos may require a matching T4 manifold or an adapter. Downpipe or downpipe adapter is not included.
