While heavy towing is possible, your tire size, gearing and tuning will play a major role along with choosing the correct exhaust housing for your application. Built with a 360* Thrust Bearing it will provide superior oiling and long life in extreme duty applications.
Turbo fits 1998.5-2002 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins applications and will require an HX40 4" downpipe (DALHX40 for 1994-2002) or for direct fitment on the stock exhaust use adapter flange QDZ-22445 Exhaust Outlet Elbow HX40 to HX35 Adapter.
This turbo will support 400-550HP depending on elevation and turbine choice and flows approximately 77 lbs/minute.
Injector recommendations for a 1998.5-2002 with a big programmer would be 100HP- 150HP
