This lift kit features custom front & rear coil springs, fabricated steel front & rear track bar brackets, and a heavy-duty radius arm drop bracket. Front & rear sway bar relocation brackets, forged dropped pitman arm, and bump stop extensions prevent over-compression of the Falcon 1.1 shocks.
This Big Lift Kit features a CNC-machined 6061-T6 Aluminum Driveline Indexing System (DIS) that re-clocks (also called indexing) the transfer case. This indexing aligns the front output shaft for improved driveline angles, preventing slight vibrations due to an incorrect driveline angle after lifting. The DIS also includes a strong heavy-duty steel cross member that accommodates the new T-case position, creating a smooth ride on or off-road.
