Smeding Diesel Billet S364.5 drop in replacement for the 94 to 02 Cummins. The 64.5 it was designed to handle mild/moderate fueling upgrades and comes equipped with an extended tip 64.5mm billet 7 blade compressor wheel. This turbo can support 650 horsepower.
