Blessed Performance has the Sun Coast Machined Planetary Fix Kit Without Sun Gear, that will strengthen the transmission in a 2006-2019 GM 6.6L Duramax. Poor tuning, shock load, higher horsepower, and poorly built transmission can strip or shatter the standard Allison 1000 P2 Planetary, resulting in catastrophic failure and/or immobility. This planetary is ideal for applications that are built for higher horsepower, such as sled pulling, drag racing, and heavy-duty hauling.
