Each Tier One Billet 68RFE Valve Body features an incredibly strong design and construction that's thoroughly checked and dyno-tested by Tier One's expert transmission technicians before being shipped out. The billet valve body features a billet aluminum accumulator pistons that are far stronger than the stock plastic pistons, and also include three built-in seals that help prevent scuffing and seal wear when they're put under side load. The billet valve body also comes with a billet channel plate that gives the entire valve body more rigidity and prevent flex while under load and high line pressures. The billet channel plate was specifically designed to work with both stock and aftermarket transmission pans without modifications, and keeps worm track depth on crucial circuits at OEM depths to ensure proper fluid delivery and reliability. Tier One's billet 68RFE valve body includes a separator plate with a bonded gasket that helps prevent warping and cross-leaks under load. Every Tier One Billet Valve Body gets a new accumulator cover plate, new solenoid switch valve, and new OEM solenoid pack to ensure excellent reliability. Tier One flat sands each of our valve bodies and carefully inspects and tests the solenoids for better-than-OEM function. After final assembly, Tier One tests the billet valve body on their in-house valve body dyno before shipping them out to ensure they're working at their best.

Note: If we are not performing the transmission installation, the customer or their chosen repair shop is responsible for transferring the lock-up solenoid from the original transmission to the replacement transmission.
Relearn REQUIRED: Installation of this valve body will require a transmission relearn for proper operation.
Swapping Stock Lockup Solenoid: Tier One requires you to swap over your OEM lockup solenoid to your new valve body in order to avoid the need for additional programming. Please take care to not lose the solenoid check ball when doing your transfer.
Core Charge Notice: this valve body requires an additional $500 core charge, which will be refunded in whole or in part once Tier One receives your stock valve body, inspects it and finds it in acceptable condition.
