Xpressor OER Series Remanufactured Turbochargers follow a comprehensive remanufacturing process to ensure it meets or exceeds O.E. specifications. Each turbocharger begins with a complete disassembly. Once disassembled into the individual components, each part is thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Next, checks are performed for microscopic damage at the housing, compressor, turbine wheels, and rotating assembly. Before reassembly, all bearing surfaces are precision machined. The wheels and rotating assemblies are balanced to OEM specifications. All critical wear parts such as seals, thrust plates, bearings, and fasteners are replaced. A 100% end-of-line testing is performed through the full RPM range along with a NVH analysis to ensure the highest quality turbochargers and components. In addition, hot gas stand and burst test validations are done as well as hydraulic and pneumatic leak testing.

The drop-in design allows this stock replacement turbo to simply bolt in place and attach to all the existing factory connections. A turbocharger installation kit is also provided with upper and lower oil drain gaskets, oil feed and turbo coolant banjo seals, and an up-pipe to turbo gasket.
