This turbo comes with an 11-blade 64mm billet compressor wheel with extended tips that weighs 25 grams less than the stock wheel. The HSM (high silicon molybdenum) bearing housing and HSM turbine housing provide improved corrosion resistance, structural stability, and tensile strength. The new maintenance free actuator does not require cleaning plus the upgraded solid-state electronics improve the dependability of this turbo. The billet 316 stainless steel unison rings will not get warped or stuck regardless of driving technique.
The ATS Aurora VFR 4000 Stage 2 Turbocharger is a bolt in replacement turbo that retains all the functions of your stock turbo. The exhaust braking, warmup function, and minimal turbo lag are maintained, and this turbo doesn’t require the removal of any emission parts for installation. Programming is not necessary for the installation of this unit, but with tuning and supporting modifications, this turbo can push up to 600 RWHP. This turbo includes a 2 Year/ 150,000 Mile Warranty and a power-coated compressor housing for looks and performance.
