Shop with Blessed Performance for the BD Power Stockplus Fuel Injector for your 2007.5-2013 Dodge 6.7L Cummins diesel. This Plus Fuel Injector has been remanufactured and tested on a Bosch 815 test bench to stringent specifications to ensure functionality and performance. Each injector is flow-tested & nitrogen tested for leaks and the all-new spools are replaced and machined to the original Bosch specification. The dampening pins are replaced and check plates are to prevent cavitation and all sealing surfaces are refinished and maintain less than 2 microns of flatness. The flow volume, leakage rate, max needle lift, and valve opening pressure (VOP) are also tested. BD replaces the rail connections, thru-rod, nuts, beveled washers, O-rings, and springs. The precision-honed intensifier body is matched with new plungers to operate at extreme pressures and temperatures. The Control Valve body and spool are precision ground to specific diametrical clearance for sealing and directing oil for injector operation. Sold individually.
