Shop Blessed Performance for the all new in house designed and manufactured Quad Electric Fan Conversion kit for your 2003-2007 Ford E-Series E250/E350/E450 6.0l Powerstroke. Here at Blessed Performance we saw a need in the market for a proper electric fan conversion kit for your E-Series 6.0L Powerstroke so we went to work. Not only did we want to manufacture an easy installation product we wanted to design a product that actually works when towing heavy and using your truck for what it was designed to do. This led us to testing at least 10 different versions of fans on the market yes even the cheap Amazon/Temu/Alibaba fan kits you can buy we have tested them and overheated constantly. We dialed in on a set of Fans from Pro Form that would allow us to actually control heat and also produce or outflow the stock CFM. The stock CFM ranges from OEM depending on the fan clutch you have in the 6-8k CFM and our fans at first turn on produce 8k and have the ability based on demand to command at 100% load an incredible 12k CFM of air flow.
The next shining star that we are excited to offer is a low amperage start so you can use the stock alternator. We have tested this on a stock 135 amp alternator on purpose to ensure these will work with a stock alternator. Ultimately we always recommend an Alternator Upgrade on any 6.0 but we tested on the stock to ensure the true plug and play design. Give us a call with any questions you may have. We would love to answer and help you decide if this is the proper kit for your build.

Daily Use/Racing/Towing Capacity Specs Disclaimer:
This conversation has come up often online that ultimately we can not possibly test every single scenario there would ever be to test towing capacity. Our goals here are to test per OEM specs. A quick google search shows that for a 2007 Ford F350 dually this truck is rated to tow 15k lbs. It also states that the majority of Superduty trucks are rated to 12,500lbs. If your truck is the one rare option of the Tow Boss package from Ford you would be rated to tow 19,200lbs with an OEM installed gooseneck kit. In our testing we have tested 18k lbs at speeds of stoplight up to 80mph. Our trucks are built to tow at 70+ mph. We have tested this fan kit towing at 100degree temps in Wyoming on our mountains that range in a 3% grade to a 8% grade. We have success at maintaining temps and as soon as you top over the hill coolant temps drop incredibly fast which is a huge win. The hottest we saw towing 18k lbs up a 8% grade we hit 214 coolant and 210 oil then it dropped to 195 in a heartbeat. We can not possibly test every scenario that your cousins uncles dad saw back in 2003 with his truck. We based our design and testing off of OEM specs with the intent of selling them for OEM use. Our methodology is that if we are keeping up per OEM specs we can certainly tow heavier but that is on you to accept responsibility and understand how to cool your truck down if you do get hot. Our kit has double the fans of the closest competitor and double the CFM rating which our CFM rating is in line with OEM or higher than OEM in most cases. Please call in with any questions or concerns and understand that as a small business our goal was to release the product in a timely manner after about 10 months of testing we felt confident in our testing of towing and daily driving that we had a great product that would help our beloved 6.0 Powerstroke customers.
