RCD CPX CP4 PUMP INFORMATION
RCD CP4 Common Rail Pumps offer the highest displacement in the industry. They start as genuine Bosch parts that are modified with a industry leading cam design, tested and then shipped to your door. We will not sacrifice quality for a lower price This 10.3MM high pressure fuel pump displaces 48% more fuel than the CP4 pump on the 11-14 6.7 Powerstroke and 38% more fuel on the 2015+ models! We have dyno tested well over 800RWHP with this pump and turbo mods.
The CP4 pump Bosch should have built, the CPX.
• Pinned lifter buckets to prevent rotation and stop failures. Even during a gel-up.
• New feed port, preventing any contaminated crankcase debris from entering the plungers and barrels. (Built in disaster prevention kit)

This CPX keeps the OEM, four pumps per engine revolution that the Chinese eccentric pumps do not. The OEM Bosch system is timed, and designed to pump to the bank that is requesting fuel (firing). This is to ensure peak nozzle pressure and less harmonics of high pressure fuel, having to cross over via the balance tube, from one rail to the other. Eccentric pumps will skip every other firing event. Two pumps per revolution vs the OEM four..
And just to point out, the whole “US diesel fuel doesn’t have enough lubricity for the CP4.” That’s a lie. I have disassembled, measured and under microscope, inspected pumps with over 500k miles with essentially zero wear.
The flaw was nothing to stop the roller lifter from rotating in a vacuum event. (Gel, filter change, low pressure feed issue.) This is why the LML Duramax pumps drop like flies. There is no lift pump to keep positive pressure on the plungers and barrels.
This allows a slop, or gap between the cam and the lifter roller. Which allows it to turn. Similar to a roller cam in a engine. When there is no lifter guide or link bar. The lifter rotates, destroying the cam and lifters and filling the engine with hardened metal filings. These filings, are what fills your fuel rails and injectors with debris, ruining them.
All 2011 - 2019 RCD CPX CP4 pumps are modified internally in a 5 AXIS CNC to return fuel to the tank. This prevents debris from entering the injector in the instance of a failure. DISASTER KITS ARE NOT NEEDED!

It uses a patented eccentric drive pumping technology, with pressure-lubricated cam and bushings, for increased performance, efficiency, and benchmark durability. The Fuel Control Actuator (FCA) uses high-quality corrosion-resistant components and proprietary features to prevent large debris from entering the actuator, providing exceptional robustness for longevity and durability in harsh environmental conditions. The DCR can provide a max fuel delivery of 1,250 mm3 per revolution (25 percent more than a CP4.2), producing plenty of flow for worn injectors that have high returns.

Ford Powerstroke fuel injector set for 11-19 model years. Ranging from stock injectors to performance injectors. They utilize a SAC style nozzle on each injector. Injectors come with new o-rings and copper washers. All injectors are built and tested with top of the line specialized equipment, testing at 2800 Bar (40,000 psi) with a +/- 1% balance rate. What this means is no coding necessary for these injectors after installation.
