Shop with Blessed Performance for the Exergy Performance Reman Fuel Injectors 45% Over for your 2001-2004 GM 6.6L LB7 Duramax diesel. The nozzles are enlarged using abrasive flow honing technology and are hydraulically flow matched to less than 1%. Each nozzle undergoes four separate quality control checks throughout the process before being installed back onto the injector. All factory nozzle LB7 injectors are equipped with the latest DLC coated needle design to increase longevity. All components are built and tested on specialized equipment designed and built in-house at Exergy. Every 45% over injector set is tested at multiple calibration points, balanced to +/- 1%, and shipped with a detailed calibration sheet. Injector seal kit included (copper gaskets and o-rings). Tuning will be needed for acceptable EGTs and optimum drivability.
