The HSP Diesel Ceramic Coated Cast Manifold and Up-Pipe Bundle is the ultimate exhaust flow and reliability upgrade for the 2001–2004 LB7 Duramax. Combining HSP’s high-flow one-piece cast manifolds with heavy-duty 2” replacement up-pipes, this package eliminates common factory failure points while improving turbo response, exhaust flow, durability, and overall performance.
The factory exhaust manifolds and up-pipes are both known restrictions on the LB7 platform. Cracking manifolds, warped flanges, leaking bellows, and broken hardware are all common issues that can lead to power loss, excessive heat, and costly repairs. HSP Diesel engineered this bundle to solve those problems while dramatically improving airflow and reliability.
