The HSP Cold Air Intake for the 2011–2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke is the perfect upgrade for improving airflow, performance, and engine bay appearance. Featuring a 4.5” mandrel-bent intake tube paired with a high-flow MEGA filter, this system delivers increased airflow and efficiency over the restrictive factory intake.

The stock airbox and filter can become a limitation at higher power levels, often collapsing under vacuum due to its inverted design. HSP Diesel addressed this issue by redesigning both the airbox and filter to maximize airflow while maintaining performance and fuel economy.

An aluminum heatshield box protects the filter from engine bay heat, ensuring your Powerstroke receives cooler, denser air. Best of all, this system is a direct bolt-on installation with no cutting, trimming, or tuning required.
