Blessed Performance can replace the restrictive factory cold side intercooler pipe on a 2003-2004 GM 6.6L Duramax LB7 with the HSP LB7 Factory Style Cold Side Intercooler Pipe. HSP uses a 3" diameter mandrel bent pipe which showed major power gains over the factory small diameter pipe when dyno testing.
