Shop with Blessed Performance for the Industrial Injection Ceramic Coated Piston Kit for your 2007.5-2018 Dodge 6.7L Cummins diesel. These pistons feature PDM’s Ceramic Piston Skirt Coating that merges the lubricity of the ceramic lubricant with the durability of a ceramic resin. This coating enables these pistons to handle up to 1,600 degrees and 350,000 PSI with a film thickness of “.001” or less.
This Industrial Injection Ceramic Coated Piston Kit also comes with PDM’s Thermal Barrier Coating for the tops of the pistons. This coating becomes a hard surface for turbocharged engines to maintain heat in combustion chamber longer through the power stroke. This increase in heat during the power stroke means greater combustion chamber efficiency for improved torque and horsepower. Each piston comes with chamfered tops to reduce cylinder wall scuffing due to piston swelling.
