Shop with Blessed Performance for the PPE Connecting Rods for 2001 to 2010 6.6L Duramax diesel pickups. Forged rods are much stronger than the factory units. That means they can take more horsepower and torque load while still reducing the overall weight of the reciprocating mass. It translates into the engine producing RPM’s quicker. Note that balancing the rotating assembly is required but clearance-modifications to the block are NOT required.
